ISOLATING GASKETS, CASING SPACERS, END SEALS & AND OTHER PRODUCTS
This is the World's First Isolating Expansion Joint to compensate with pipeline's expansion caused by ground stress movements & changing linear pipeline's dimensions. This is an product of Advance Products & Systems, we are a distributor in Thailand.
FLANGE ISOLATING GASKET KITS
Flanges, the most common trouble area, need to be sealed properly to prevent leakage and must also be cathodically isolated to prevent stray currents which cause undo corrosion and eventual breakdown of the metal. Advance Products & Systems manufactures and maintains a supply of quality products and materials which help solve most flange sealing problems, therefore preventing subsequent corrosion and saving the integrity of the pipeline. Advance Flange Isolation Gasket Kits are manufactured according to ANSI B16.5 specifications up to 24″. Above 24″, please provide the specifications of your flange using our convenient worksheet. Technical assistance is available upon request.
Each Advance Flange Isolation Gasket Kit is packaged individually in durable corrugated boxes. Isolating sleeves and washers are packaged separately and are cushioned within the box to protect them from damage during shipment. Each set is clearly tagged with flange size, pressure rating, type of isolating sleeve, and whether it is a single washer or double washer set. A recommended bolt tightening sequence sheet is provided with each kit.
CASING SPACERS
END SEALS
End Seals outperform the costly and labor intensive brick and mortar method of sealing casing ends. While soil stress and pipe movement cause mortar to crack, the products move with the pipe insuring the integrity of the seal. And, unlike link-type sealing blocks that are limited to carrier/casing differential and can only be used on a concentric profile, the seals are totally flexible. We offers four types of end seals which can accommodate any combination of pipe sizes. The models AC and AM are seamless and can easily be pulled on at the time of construction while the model AW wrap-around is designed to facilitate installation when the carrier line has already been welded together and the pull is complete. Simply wrap around the carrier and casing, remove the release liner from the two pressure sensitive butyl mastic strips and press the adhesive strips down to form a seal. Model AZ, zipper type end seal, wraps around the casing end and carrier pipe and zips shut to provide a tight seal while still allowing for pipe movement. All four are made of 1/8″ thick synthetic rubber assuring excellent chemical resistance and resiliency and are secured with T-304 stainless steel banding straps with a 100% non-magnetic worm gear mechanism to insure the integrity of the clamp. Only a screwdriver is required for installation.
INNERLYNX® - Penetration Seals
We offers a faster pipe sealing method than your everyday caulk, grout, or mastic with USA manufactured Innerlynx® Modular Mechanical Seals. Innerlynx® are used in a systematic approach for installers to easily seal the annular space between the carrier pipe and the ID of a wall penetration. Innerlynx® are also designed to absorb vibrations, shocks and sound waves and act as a sound dampener while electrically isolating the carrier pipe from the penetrated structure.
Innerlynx® are made from synthetic rubber with industrial strength U.S. manufactured pressure plates and are available in more sizes than offered by any other U.S. manufacturer. We offers 21 different sizes for all pipe diameters ranging from 1/2″ to 144″ and form a hydrostatic seal up to 40 psig and up to 92.28 feet of head pressure. Innerlynx are available in five different types for various applications such as Model UL-UL Approved 3-hour fire-rated Proprietary Silicone, Model C-Standard EPDM, Model L-Low Durometer EPDM, Model O- Oil, Gas, & Fuel Resistant Nitrile, Model T- Extreme Temperature Silicone.
FLANGE BAND PROTECTORS
RADOLID® PROTECTION CAPS
Radolid Protection Caps will ensure proper bolting, even after years of exposure to the elements!
Radolid Protection Caps are easily installed by pressing the cap onto the bolted joint by hand. The barbed edge snaps on and prevents the caps from accidental removal. Radolid Caps are reusable and can be reapplied to 2-3 times. To ensure against corrosion from condensation accumulating in the caps, we recommend brushing nuts with Kleergel Corrosion Inhibitor Grease.
Standard Radolid Protective Caps are black, but they are also available in clear, white, red, grey, silver and other colors on request. The different types manufactured include: Type (1) for standard nuts or bolts without washers, Type (2) for a nut or bolt with washer, and an adjustable telescopic two piece cap that can be produced in various lengths (It is even able to fit check nuts). Our caps are sized to fit heavy hex nuts only; they will not fit finished nuts properly. Radolid Protection Caps are manufactured in sizes to fit 1/4 inch to 3 3/4 inch diameter bolts or studs. High temperature material of Polyamid A4H for use up to +430 °F is available
INSPECT-A-LIFT® PIPE SUPPORT SYSTEM
The Inspect-a-Lift system provides the proven solution to crevice corrosion at pipe supports. This type of corrosion is one of the major causes of external corrosion failures on piping systems. Standard pipe supports can cause premature paint failure and are often tough to access for maintenance.
– Minimum contact points
– Eliminates standing water
– Allows easy inspection of pipe
– No metal to metal contact
– Prevents corrosion
– Easy to install
– Cost efficient
With the Inspect-a-Lift system, the crevice is eliminated, the support is easy to inspect, water is kept off the pipe, the paint is preserved, and corrosion is eliminated!
