INSTALL AC MITIGATION SYSTEMS
Installing the Zinc Ribbon Anode along the pipeline by embedding the Zinc Ribbon one meter deep and aligning between the power transmission lines and pipelines with both filling and grinding by sand 0.5 meters. And placing PVC Warming Strip size 200 millimeter throughout the excavation. The connection between the pipeline and the zinc ribbon must be connected in the test station with the Soil-State Decoupler device of 2.0 kA and every test stations must be installed with zinc ground mats. In case of having to connect from the pipeline to test station, use Pin Brazing method only, with the following details:
Pipeline (Map Ta Phut – Sri racha)
Total area of 22 points, install zinc ribbon 17.66 kilometers and 58 test stations with soil-state decoupler device of 2.0 kA and zinc ground mats.
Pipeline (PIPERACK)
Install 5 test stations with soil-state decoupler device of 2.0 kA
Pipeline 1 (Si Racha – Lam Luk Ka)
Install 5 test stations with soil-state decoupler device of 2.0 kA
Pipeline 4 (Lam Luk Ka – Suvarnabhumi)
Install 2 test stations with soil-state decoupler device of 2.0 kA
CAthodic protection monitoring
Install the AC, DC Interference impact recording device. The device has the following features: Can measure and record electrical parameters at the same time, such as Uac, Edc, Iac, Idc, spread resistance and Corrosion rate. Corrosion rates calculated from electrical resistance (ER) technique.
Install the Cathodic protection monitoring device 2 points at the Block valve 652 and Block valve 653.
